Shipping & Delivery

Order Process:

• All orders are processed in 1 to 2 days (usually same day).

• When you select free shipping, your package will be delivered in 1 to 5 business days depending on where you live.  Most are within 2 or 3 days.

• All orders now ship USPS first-class service that includes a tracking number.  This is a higher rate of service than economy shipping, yet is still free with each order.

• If you’d like your order sooner, please select a paid-shipping option at check out that meets your needs.

• In addition to an order confirmation, you will receive a delivery confirmation once your order ships.

• All orders ship with love from Charlotte, NC.

 

Returns:

• Simply send me a note requesting a free return label.

• Return labels are emailed to you asap.

• All you do is print it and apply it to the package it came in!
